my messy fabric book..........

I started this fabric book at a workshop 1 month ago!
I`m happy that it`s all done, because I have a thing with mini books, I never finish them!

It`s the first time I used a sewing machine, I still need some practise ;-)

So you want to know what I made? Ok, here it is................

This month we hade to use the colors green and blue, it`s a clipboard with a pic of me at work!
The journaling is in Dutch, it says:

In my childhood I already loved pharmacies! And in group 8, I already knew what I would choose as a profession! And now after a slight detour, I work 5 years as an assistent of a pharmacist!

I`m still working on my fabric book, but I`m so busy right now!
So I`ll show that one later on!

scrapshopping :o)

Yesterday my mom and I went for a workshop at 'de Creatie', we made a fabric mini book!
Unfortunately we didn't finished it, so I can't share it with you yet!
But we did some shopping (twice), because today we went to another scrapbook store!
I love these pink paisly stamps and I found them, yay!

We went to see their show this weekend, we had so much fun, these people are so funny and crazy!
It`s one of their last shows, so we had to go there!
The show was in Amsterdam,(HMH)!

The photo`s are a (little bit) blur, can`t help it!

Now some more about scrapbooking; finally I finished this LO, it`s a LO I started at a workshop some 3 weeks ago!

This saturday I`m going to another workshop, I`m so curious!
It`s a workshop that`s called Fabric Fenzy, with fabrics and stuff, hmmmmmmm :-)

This LO I made for a challenge, the two colors that we had to use this month were brown / beige!

Last week we bought the dvd of Prison Break,OMG it`s so exciting! My college`s said to me that it was great, and they where totally right!

new banner and a workshop

This would be my new banner, but unfortunately it doesn`t fit! I took the wrong sizes, so I `ll have to make a new one :(

Last Saturday I went to a workshop, we had so much fun! We used stamps and gesso, and created a shabby look!
I finished 2 LO`s and a keychain mini book:

This morning we went for a walk into the woods with my parents, and afterwards we enjoyed some tea and apple pie on a terrace (outside) , can you imagine that in this weather? In any case we had a great time!

Gift bag

Last week I made this gift bag for a friend, with a little present in it!

She`s one of my best friends and even though we see each other only a few times a year it is always super fun!

So lucky to have YOU as my friend :)!!

Today I received the new Sassafras paper in my mail!! And some Hambly (birdcages and bicycles, Yum!!)

Cirque du Soleil...........

Two maybe three years ago I went to Belgium to see a show from Cirque du Soleil!
The show of Dralion, it was so beautiful and magic!
So when I saw the challenge over at scrapmojo I knew I had to play along!
We have to make a LO inspired by Cirque du Soleil and use some sequins, at first I din`t know what that is and then I found out I dind`t have them!
But thanks to my mom and college I could use some sequins (lovertjes)!

Disney Paris

Last thursday we went for 3 days to Disney in Paris, we had such a great time!

We stayed in the Holiday inn hotel, which was very nice, clean and cosy!

It is beautifully located in the hills and yet close to Disney.

De Efteling

Yesterday we went to the Efteling ( a dutch amusement park)!

We had a great day, the weather was fine (no rain at all) and the park was open until 24.00!
Later on it was getting dark and we went in the wild water ride and some roller coasters, that`s even more exiting than during the day when it`s light outside!
It was so fairy taily in the evening when the lights turn on.

The flying dutchman (vliegende hollander) was so cool, a new attraction, during the day there where some malfunctions and at one point they even closed the whole roller coaster.
But in the evening we could get in there and Yeh it was so much fun!!

One year ago

It all started one year ago with 1 euro!

Let me tell you the story: My mom and I went shopping at the local supermarket, my mom needed something at the service counter when here eye caught a magazine:
( Creatief met foto`s, a dutch scrapbookmagazine)!
It was reduced to one euro, and she said to me; `I think you like this`!
So she bought it for me and when we came home I started reading it, OMG I loved it!
I was immediately addicted, that`s how it all started!
I`m so glad my mom gave this magazine to me, it really changed our lives!

Last saturday I went to a scrapbookstore and bought scrap stuff, I'm totally addicted to anything that has to do with scrapbooking! ;)
